How to use the Lumbar Support Cushion
You can use the AirCare Systems lumbar support cushion on your home or office chair, car seat, truck or even on a tractor or aircraft. Secure the lumbar support on to your chair using the adjustable strap provided. Tighten the Velcro or clip strap to keep the lumbar support at the height that fits the shape of your back. Just slide it up or down to get it at the right height for you.
We recommend that you take breaks. Get up from your seating position as often as possible and to think about your posture when sitting. If in doubt always seek medical advice as there are many causes of back pain.
